We built this platform because both sides of hiring were flying blind. Candidates could not tell which of the hundred roles they scrolled past actually fit them, and employers were reading the same generic resume for the fiftieth time.

What we do

We give job seekers an AI resume builder that scores against real applicant tracking systems, and we give employers a pipeline that ranks applicants on evidence rather than keyword luck.

How we are different

• You bring your own AI key. Your data goes to your provider under your account, not through a black box we control.
• Assessments are built in. Quizzes and asynchronous interviews live alongside the pipeline instead of in a separate tool.
• Employers get their own site. A branded careers page on your own subdomain, not a listing buried in someone else's directory.
