1. Agreement

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person may not maintain multiple candidate accounts.

3. Acceptable use

Do not post discriminatory job listings, misrepresent your identity or experience, scrape the candidate directory, or attempt to disrupt the service.

4. Employer obligations

Job listings must describe genuine, currently open roles. Applicant data may be used only to assess candidates for the role they applied to.

5. Payments

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period.

6. AI features

AI output is generated text and may be inaccurate. Review anything it produces before relying on it. You are responsible for the API key you connect and any charges your provider bills you.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or the accuracy of user-submitted content.
