Yes. Candidates get three resumes and ten AI actions a month at no cost, and employers can post two jobs on the Starter plan without entering a card.

No. Job listings and company profiles are public. You need an account to apply, save jobs or see your AI match score.

Plans are monthly or yearly and renew automatically. Yearly billing is roughly two months cheaper. You can change or cancel at any time from your billing page.

You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drop to the free plan. Nothing is deleted — your data stays, some features just lock.

Card via Stripe, plus PayPal, Paystack, Razorpay, Flutterwave and Mollie depending on your region. Bank transfer is also available: upload your receipt and an admin verifies it, usually within one business day.

Contact support within 14 days of a charge and we will look at it. Partial periods are generally not refunded once a plan has been used.

Only if you make your profile public. By default your profile is private and visible only to employers whose jobs you have actually applied to.

A 0-100 estimate of how well your resume will survive automated screening: whether the structure parses cleanly, whether the keywords in the job description appear, and whether your achievements are quantified. Above 80 is strong.

Yes. Upload a PDF, DOCX or TXT and we extract your experience, education and skills into your profile so you are not retyping anything.

Yes, and that is deliberate. You connect a key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq or a local model. Your text goes to your provider under your account, and you see exactly what each action costs.

Build a quiz or an asynchronous interview once, then send it to any candidate from their application card. Quizzes score themselves; interview answers — text, video or audio — come back for you to review and score.

On the Professional plan your careers page lives at your own subdomain with your logo, colours and custom CSS. Point a custom domain at it and candidates never see our branding at all.

Yes. Invite recruiters who can manage candidates and send assessments, or viewers with read-only access. Only the account owner can see billing.

It reads each applicant's resume against the job requirements and returns a ranked list with a one-line reason per candidate. It is a starting point for triage, not a hiring decision.

PHP 8.4, MySQL 8 or MariaDB, and the ability to set one cron job. It runs on standard shared hosting — cPanel, CyberPanel, DirectAdmin or Plesk, on Apache or LiteSpeed.

Outside the web root, and served through a PHP controller that checks permissions first. Nothing a user uploads is ever directly reachable by URL.

Everything asynchronous — email, exports, AI ranking, backups — goes into a database queue that a single cron job drains every minute. No daemons, no Redis.
