1. Information we collect

We collect the account details you give us (name, email, password hash), the profile and resume content you create, records of the jobs you apply to, and technical data such as IP address, browser and device type used to secure your account.

2. How we use it

To operate your account, match you to relevant roles, deliver applications to employers, process payments, and send service messages. We do not sell personal data.

3. AI processing

AI features run against an API key you supply. When you use them, the relevant text is sent to the provider you chose, under your own account and their terms. We store only token counts and cost estimates, never the provider response body.

4. Who sees your data

Employers see your application and the resume attached to it. Your contact details are visible to an employer only when you have applied to one of their jobs, or when you have explicitly made your profile public.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open. Deleted records are soft-deleted and purged after the retention window set by the platform operator.

6. Your rights

You can export or delete your data from your account settings at any time. Contact us if you need help doing so.
